International deliveries are realized as follows:
1. Email us your order with the marking, the code name and the quantity of the desired items accurately indicated.
2. As soon as we receive your order, we send you the invoice for the order with a copy of the contract.
3. If you are pleased and accept the terms of the contract, sign the documents and make full payment by written order.
4. We take one month to fulfill your order from the date the order amount enters our account.
5. Goods ready for dispatch pass customs registration and forwarding which takes two weeks more.
The invoice prices include:
- the in-stock prices (set in the price-list)
- export customs clearance
- safety packaging
Custom registration is paid by the Buyer (50 USD) if the order amount is under 2 000 USD. The invoice prices do not include and the Buyer pays the following payments on after the order reaches its destination place:
The following charges are responsibility of the Buyer after the order reaches its destination place:
- Import customs clearance
- Bank money transfer charges, including transit bank charges
- Transport expenses from Tomsk to the destination place.
Orders are shipped worldwide by air via several major freight forwarders and carriers “Instar Logistics”, “DHL International” “Airport moscow”
